Butterscotch Chip Brownies with Butter Rum Icing

So, these are the same as my Dark Chocolate Brownies which I made a few months ago, but with a couple simple twists.

One: butterscotch chips.



Two: rum.


Fairly self explanatory.

So... I followed the same recipe as the Dark Chocolate Brownies but right before scraping the batter into the greased baking pan, I stirred in some butterscotch chips.  Like a quarter of a bag only.  Then they get baked as normal:


While that was baking however, I mixed up some butter icing which had a good two or three ounces of spiced rum in it!  Heh heh heh.


It was really rummy.
