I like to pick up a bunch at least once a month or so, as it's usually super cheap, and a great value as it can last for quite a great deal of dishes.
However, we were at Highland Farms the other day, and DAYUM but the Basil bunches they had were super mutant huge.

Like crazy huge.
Some of those leaves are as big as my HAND.
Anyway, I trimmed and washed them, and they barely fit in my salad spinner:
Crazy, right?
Anyway, I used up a good chunk of it right away, but most of it got dried and stored in my fridge to delight (and shock) another day.
