Two versions of Sangria

It's been super hot here lately.  It's been as high as 44 if you count the humidex.

So... among other 'cool' and 'easy' things we've been opting for lately, we decided to make some Sangria.

It was my wife's idea, really.  And, as such, she insisted that I not interfere in her own idea, and iteration, of what Sangria should be.

She was adamant that she could do a 'quick' version of it, using white wine and some sort of sparkling beverage.

Myself, I've made Sangria before a few times, and I prefer the 'slow' version, and (of course) made with Red instead.

So... we did two versions.
